Two checks, and no more: public configuration, and whether the database answers and refuses an anonymous caller as it should. The workflow runtime and the provider mailboxes are not reported as healthy or unhealthy, because this endpoint cannot see them — a green page here does not mean mail is flowing. The database check reports a refusal as healthy precisely because anonymous access is supposed to be refused; it reports an anonymous caller that reads rows as a tenant-isolation regression.
